Winter activities & experiences

Skiing

With 239km of slopes and 45 top modern lifts, one of the best ski resorts in the Alps awaits you: look forward to top groomed slopes and excellent mountain gastronomy in the international Silvretta Arena Samnaun/Ischgl.

Winter hiking

Enjoy the tranquility and the fantastic panorama on one of the many marked winter hiking trails that Samnaun has to offer. If you want to retreat from all the hustle and bustle, this is exactly the right thing for you.

Would you like to skate, play ice hockey or compete against each other in ice curling? Then the evening illuminated ice rink is just right for you.

Cross-country skiing

If you still haven't had enough of sports after skiing or would like to spend a day cross-country skiing, you will find two cross-country skiing trails in the Samnaun Valley.

Sledding

With a short hike, from Samnaun Dorf, you first have to earn the sledding fun. Once at the top, you will be rewarded with a wonderful view and can then enjoy the descent on the sled to Samnaun.

Snowshoeing

In the Samnaun valley there are two marked and secured snowshoe trails. With fresh snow, to be the first to draw your track in the snow is especially fun. One of the snowshoe trails starts directly in Samnaun Ravaisch.

After an active day of skiing you will find relaxation in the Alpenquell adventure pool. A large swimming pool, whirlpools and massage jets, an ice-cold spring water shower, a steam bath and a sauna area with a panoramic view await you. Also on offer are solariums.
