Your apartment
Our apartments are situated in a beautiful location in the village of Samnaun Ravaisch in one of the sunniest and quietest places in the Samnaun valley and offer a breathtaking view of the Samnaun mountains. After a varied and active day on the slopes, enjoy your well-deserved rest in our fully equipped and modern apartments to recharge your batteries for the next day. Restaurants, the valley station of the cable cars of the Silvretta-Arena Samnaun/Ischgl, as well as the center of Samnaun Dorf can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bus. The bus stop is only about 5 minutes walk from the house.
Of course, parking spaces (partly covered), a ski boot dryer and internet (WLAN and LAN) are also available free of charge. In addition, our apartments are equipped with washer-dryers and you can, if necessary, wash and dry your laundry in the comfort of your apartment.

There is a lot to experience in Samnaun and you are guaranteed never to get bored. Among other things, one of the best ski resorts in the Alps awaits you with unlimited fun on 239 kilometers of slopes and 45 modern lift facilities in Switzerland and Austria. If the weather doesn't cooperate and maybe you don't feel like skiing, there are countless other activities. Among other things, you can spend the day in the Alpenquell adventure pool or take a shopping trip through Samnaun and shop at duty-free prices.In our store Zollfrei-Einkauf Vadret, which is located in Samnaun Dorf, you will find a wide selection and our highly trained staff will be happy to advise you. Good food

Our apartments are excellently equipped and therefore even cooking is fun. Also a raclette or fondue evening is nothing in the way. If you don't feel like cooking, this is also no problem. Samnaun offers a varied and rich choice and you are guaranteed to find a suitable restaurant. If you wish, you can also have the food delivered directly to your vacation apartment or you can have a shuttle pick you up directly at your vacation apartment and bring you back again after the meal. This service is offered by some restaurants in Samnaun.
EQUIPMENT
Our modern and luxurious apartments are top equipped, so you can feel right at home. Whether you want to cook your favorite recipe, do the laundry in between or just relax, our apartments make it possible. Your companion(s) would like to watch a different movie than you? No problem, there is a TV in the living room and one each in the bedroom(s). To be fit for the next day, you will find rest and a restful sleep in our high quality box spring beds. While you sleep, your ski boots dry overnight on our heated ski boot dryer, so you can slip back into your dry and warm ski boots the next morning.
